    Thai massage can trace it’s origins back 4000 years to India and China. In today's form it is a unique blend of Indian yogic postures and stretches, ayurvedic energy lines and Chinese energy points. The experience of thai massage is magical, leaving you relaxed yet energised.

    Based on balancing intrinsic in the body and also credited with being one of the strongest forms of massage it can cater for all tastes. Benefits are received by counteracting our bodies natural tendency to stiffen and muscles to shorten. A revitialising and rejuvenating experience.

    Performed at floor level the recipient is stretched, massaged and guided in to series of yoga like postures. Sessions normally last between 1 to 1.5 hours. The recipient remains full clothed through out.

    Home Thai Massage Treatments

    As well as our clinics at One Addison and Sanjo, Bodywork also offer the convenience of Thai Massage treatments at your own home. Our therapists can visit you at home or work at a time to suit you and provide a full professional Thai Massage service that fits in with your lifestyle.

    Prices start at £45 for one hour of Thai Massage therapy in the Buckhurst Hill area. We are happy to travel to much of the surround areas of Essex and London. If you have any questions would like to book a Thai Massage session please contact us for more information.
