    Clinics at masters academy

    Located on the Seedbed Centre, Loughton, Masters Academy is run by 2 British mixed martial arts champions. A black belt school of excellence teaching kick boxing, ultimate fighting, submission wrestling, ladies only kick boxing, tai chi and chi kung.

    Bodywork offers the following at Masters academy.

    Fighters clinic

    Once a month clinic for martial artists focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation and treatments to improve flexibility. The treatments generally follow the Thai Massage protocol but also draw on 17 years of martial arts training, 5 other therapy systems and 3 years of clinical practice.

    Chi Kung 1 to 1

    Private tuition in Chi Kung tailored to the individual needs or interests of the student. Including basic theory, exercises, meditations, postures and self massage/point work. Times and dates subject to availability.
